Giving SENCOs back the time they spend firefighting paperwork.

An AI platform that turns statutory SEND documentation into classroom-ready practice, built by SEND specialists who know the problem first-hand.

The problem

SENCOs are drowning in admin instead of supporting children.

Education, Health and Care Plans are legally binding, yet the people responsible for them spend their week translating dense statutory documents into practice by hand. The specific support a child is legally entitled to too often never reaches the classroom in a usable form.

A walkthrough of the live product.

From uploading an EHCP to a whole-school dashboard, this is the actual workflow a SENCO uses.

The solution

One platform, four jobs SENCOs do by hand today.

01

EHCNA evidence builder

Pulls and structures the evidence needed for needs assessment, cutting hours of manual collation.

02

AI intervention suggestions

Turns identified needs into practical strategies from an expert-curated bank teachers can use immediately.

03

Provision gap checker

Reads the support a child is legally entitled to and flags where it is not yet reflected in classroom practice.

04

Whole-school dashboard

Gives SENCOs and leadership a live view of provision and progress across every pupil with special educational needs.

Why now

The technology has caught up.

Schools have had management systems for decades, so why has no one solved this? Because the hard part was never storing data. It was reading dense, free-text professional reports and legal paperwork and turning them into specific classroom action. Rule-based software alone could never do that, by pairing it with AI we finally can.

Rule-based only

Stores and organises

Traditional systems log and organise information, but they cannot read and interpret professional reports or dense legal paperwork, or turn what that paperwork requires into what a teacher should actually do on Monday morning.

Rule-based, plus AI

Reads and operationalises

We stay rule-based: AI never has free rein. It reads the documents and structures them, then our expert-built rules surface concrete, grounded strategies for a professional to choose from. The unlock is timing: this capability is newly possible, and government SEND reform is creating the demand for it.

Keeping children's data safe

Built for the most sensitive data in a school.

We process children's special category data as a Data Processor on behalf of schools. Safety and security are foundational to every part of the platform.

What matters most

The AI never makes decisions about children.

It facilitates a rule-based system whose knowledge comes entirely from SEND experts. The AI does not judge what is best for a child; it applies the rules we have set and surfaces options from a large, expert-curated bank.

01

Full anonymisation before AI

Every document is stripped of all identifying names before anything reaches our AI provider.

02

Multi-tenant isolation

Each school's data is fully isolated across our database and cloud functions — one school can never see another's pupils.

03

No model training

Our AI provider is contractually barred from training models on school data, under a UK data-transfer agreement.

04

UK data, role-based access

UK/EU hosted with role-based access, overseen by an external DPO and a full compliance pack.

How we generate revenue

Per-pupil pricing. The model schools already buy into.

Schools pay £6–12 per pupil for MIS licences, plus ~£10 per pupil for separate SEND tools (B Squared, Provision Map). We consolidate that spend.

Phase 1 · SEND module · now
£20 / SEND pupil / yr

Plus a £500 base fee. For an average school that is around £1,900 a year, less than the SENCO time it returns. Saving even two hours of admin a week pays for itself.

Phase 2 · full inclusion MIS
£6 / mainstream pupil / yr

As the platform becomes the school's main MIS, every pupil is covered. An average school moves to around £3,700 a year — still below what schools pay today for an MIS plus separate SEND tools.

Trusts & local authorities
Volume

Discounted multi-school licences for trusts and boroughs, mirroring how the MIS market already buys, with revenue per estate that scales with pupil numbers.

A land-and-expand motion: enter through the SEND workflow every school is struggling with, prove value, then grow into the whole-school system. Revenue scales with pupils, not just school count.

Where this goes

This MVP is the entry point, not the destination.

We start with the sharpest pain, SEND administration. The same platform extends naturally into a full inclusion-first management information system, because attendance, behaviour and wellbeing all feed the holistic picture of a child.

Market & the path to scale

A £90m UK market. A £150m business.

England has around 24,400 state-funded schools and 1.7 million pupils with SEN, a number rising every year. At per-pupil pricing across both phases, the UK alone is a £90m annual recurring revenue market.

Years 1–2
Warm access to 25 schools already, building toward around 250 schools on the SEND module.
~£0.5m ARR
Years 3–5
Grow to around 2,000 schools, with many expanding from the SEND module to the full inclusion MIS.
£5m+ ARR
At maturity
Roughly 28% of UK state schools on the full platform.
£25m ARR
Exit value
£25m of recurring revenue at standard SaaS multiples values the company above £150m.
